Absolutely love Kalyn! She is literally the sweetest person ever! She was so attentive and welcoming from the moment I walked in! She may only work front desk but she is amazing and such a great listener too! I just came in to buy a face mask but OMG I could stay talking to her for hours and enjoy the amazing atmosphere! I have too and definitely will be back for a service next time! If their customer care is this great then their services must be top tier! I highly recommend to my fellow locals to book with Vivo! Or even just to stop by and check it out it is worth your while trust me!
